Please complete the following steps.
1. Force the closure of the App:
iOS: - Press the Home button two times quickly. You will see small previews of recently used apps - Swipe left to find the app you want to close - Swipe up on the app's preview to close it.
ANDROID: - Open the Settings app. - Choose Apps. - Touch the Running tab to view only active or running apps. - Choose the Starbucks NZ App - Touch the Stop or Force Stop button.
2. Exit App and turn phone off, wait 20 seconds, turn phone back on
3. Uninstall App, then reinstall (via FREE WIFI)
