We are only able to cancel an order before dispatch has been completed. As soon as you change your mind, please email merchandise@starbucks.co.nz as soon as possible, so we can check the status of your order. If the order has not been completed, we are able to cancel this for you and issue a refund. If it has been completed, you will need to take receipt of your order and send back to us (with packaging intact) before we can issue a refund.
